Crypto Checkout Safety
A professional, secure payment processor
Sanctum Labs processes crypto payments through NOWPayments — an established, professional crypto payment provider used by thousands of serious businesses worldwide. Every order generates a fresh, single-use payment address with the exact amount to send, a live countdown, and on-chain confirmation tracking. There is no manual wallet copying and no static address to verify. Follow the instructions on the hosted invoice and your payment will process successfully.
How the 10-minute payment window works
Once you open your hosted invoice you have a 10-minute window to send payment at the locked-in rate. If you have your crypto ready and send within the window, your payment confirms and your order moves to processing automatically. If you send slightly after the timer expires, your payment is still received in almost all cases — it may simply take a little longer to confirm and a member of our team will reconcile it for you. If the timer is about to run out and you have not yet sent funds, simply close the invoice and create a new order to receive a fresh timer and a fresh address.
Recommended: have your crypto ready before you start
For the smoothest experience, have your USDT (Polygon) or Bitcoin already in your wallet before clicking 'Pay with crypto'. This way the entire payment takes less than a minute. We strongly recommend USDT on the Polygon network — fees are usually a few cents, and confirmations typically arrive within a couple of minutes.

For Australians, Swyftx is the easiest exchange to get started on — verification is fast and the interface is beginner-friendly. Binance is the other strong option. Internationally, Coinbase and Kraken are both reputable and easy to use. Step-by-step: (1) Create an account on Swyftx or Binance and verify your ID. (2) Deposit AUD via PayID or bank transfer. (3) Buy USDT (and select the Polygon network when withdrawing), or buy Bitcoin. (4) On your Sanctum order page, click 'Pay with crypto', choose your coin, and the hosted invoice will show you the exact address and amount. (5) In your exchange wallet, paste the address and send the exact amount shown. That's it.
Why USDT on Polygon
USDT on Polygon is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, sent over the Polygon network. Fees are typically a few cents and confirmations arrive in roughly 2 minutes. Bitcoin is also fully supported and remains a great choice for those who prefer it — just expect slightly higher fees and a longer confirmation window. Both options work; USDT on Polygon is simply the most efficient.
Only pay through the official invoice
The only legitimate way to pay is via the 'Pay with crypto' button on your own order page at sanctumlabs.shop. If anyone — including someone claiming to be Sanctum support — sends you a wallet address in a DM, email, forum reply, or screenshot, do not send funds. Open your order directly from the portal or your order confirmation email and use the hosted invoice from there.
Talk to us — we'll guide you live
If you are unsure at any point, message us on Signal (SanctumLabs.616) or Telegram (@SanctumAdmin) before you pay and a member of our team will guide you through the entire process live. We are happy to walk first-time buyers through every step — there is no such thing as a silly question.
Red flags to ignore
Anyone asking you to send funds to a 'wallet address' pasted in chat; pay outside the official hosted invoice; pay an 'upgrade fee', 'release fee', or 'customs fee' after dispatch; or use gift cards or bank transfers. None of these are part of how Sanctum Labs takes payment. Report impersonators to support@sanctumlabs.shop.
